OneCut Pro is planned as an AI-assisted editor for talking-head video. It is designed to identify pauses, filler words, false starts, and repeated takes in content you provide.
3. User Accounts
If accounts are required, you will be responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your login details. You must notify us of unauthorized use.
4. User Content
You retain rights to your uploaded videos, audio, transcripts, and other content. You are responsible for having all permissions needed to upload, edit, and publish that content.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use OneCut Pro unlawfully, to infringe rights, upload harmful material, bypass security, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user’s content.
6. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Editing
AI output may contain errors or miss context. You should review every generated edit before publishing. OneCut Pro does not guarantee that an edit is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular audience.
7. Intellectual Property
OneCut Pro branding, software, and service materials belong to OneCut Pro AI or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.
8. Third-Party Services
The service may use third-party hosting, storage, transcription, AI, analytics, or payment providers. Their terms may also apply to your use of related features.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
The pricing shown on the website is planned pricing only. Payments and subscriptions are not currently active. Any future billing terms will be presented before purchase.
10. Refunds
Because payments are not currently active, no refund policy is currently in effect. A production refund policy will be published before paid plans launch.
11. Service Availability

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.

Access may be suspended or ended if you violate these terms, create risk, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the service at any time.
